When will I get my order???
This painting "What Moth?" is of an Eastern Red Pine tree bark, with a moth. I love the bark of the Eastern Red Pine trees. The moth is a perimeter moth and I love the brown and tan colors in its wings.
Kristine graduated from the American Academy of Art where she studied watercolors with Irving Shapiro. She later studied with Thelma Cornell Spain. After graduating she worked as an illustrator for a Chicago ad agency, production artist and graphic artist. Her illustrations have been seen in the Chicago Tribune and on full color packaging. Having explored abstracts, landscapes, floral subjects, and various pet portraits, she is now focusing primarily on equine paintings. As a horse owner, and active amateur dressage rider, and competitor, she tries to capture the individuality of the horses she knows and loves. She also paints the Saucer Magnolia tree flower that grows in the midwestern states. Kristine's paintings show strong use...
