The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
This is a watercolor painted, as I did with Summer's Prairie Sunset, to depict a poem which I wrote titled Joys of Spring. A few lines are as follows: "With chestnut mane new foals explore from lofty, quivering heights Emerald pastures, cabbage butterflies, young clover's sweet peach bouquet"....
I love horses, they are my favorite animal since I was a tiny girl, and I hope this comes through in my paintings.
