The thrill of shooting through untouched powder over a pristine mountain ridge gives you a definite feeling of exhilaration and freedom. It produces an irrefutable adrenaline rush and the knowledge that if you can survive this jump you can conquer the mountain and the world. This is the moment, the feeling of magic that I have tried to convey in this watercolor painting of a downhill skier.
