The material was sent in a bag and was extremely creased

I am the artist who ordered these items. I was disappointed with the fleece blankets. The image printed crooked on 4 of the 5 blankets and the 'plush fleece' is very different from the plush fleece blankets I ordered previously. No where near as 'plush'. These blankets were unsellable. Also, one of the tapestries showed up with a thread that was pressed right into the fabric which made it unsellable as well. The reason I didn't ship these items back was due to the fact that by the time I received the order, there was insufficient time to return the order in time to meet the '30 day' from the date ordered deadline. This is the first time I've been disappointed with an order featuring my art by way of FAA. Sadly, it makes me hesitant to order again.

Got my tapestry from german customs today. I SO love it! Just wonderful to see art that large.

Artist's Description

Snowy Owls are mostly found in the Arctic tundra but have occasionally come as far south in the winter as the Northern most states in the United States. It's made quite a treat for those of us that love these beautiful raptors. The snowy owl is a large, white owl that are found Arctic regions in North America and Eurasia. The males at maturity are mostly all white with females have more areas of black. They are diurnal meaning they hunt during the day. The yellow eyes are also a sign that these birds hunt during the day. The darker colored eyes of owls indicate they are nocturnal hunters.
