Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.

William Henry Fox Talbot (1800-1877) of Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire. English mathematician, physicist and pioneer in the field of photography. In 1841 he patented the calotype process which produced a negative from which multiple copies could be made. He was one of the first to decipher the cuneiform inscriptions from Niniveh. Engraving from Les Merveilles de la Science by Louis Figuier (Paris, c1870).
