The quality of the towel is poor, it's stiff, not fluffy as I would expect from bath towel. Also colours look faded.

I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the towels. The color is not the beautiful black to the pictures but a sad gray where we see a lot of white below.

Sheena Mckenzie-Baird Review Submitted: February 7th, 2019 I’m very disappointed that 1 of my parcel was to be delivered today but wasn’t because there is a CHARGE ❓ £14.95 £8- handling charge & the rest is for not adequate postage paid. I was telling a few friends to use ur sight as I’m pleased with what I’m buying, I’m afraid that I will now be telling them not to buy from you as this is a con. I have already paid for postage so fell very sad as I’m trying to decide whether to pay the charge & get my package or not bother. One thing I do know is that I will be posting on your website about this dreadful way to treat customers. Sadly it’s all for my son, who has been very ill but had come out the other side grateful to be with us. He is going to be Baptised full immersion baptism. I have been taking photos now for 40 plus years. I started with a Kodak Instamatic 126 camera. I even got some good photos with it to my surprise. I then moved on to a Minolta SLR which I had for many years. Next came point and shoot 35mm cameras from mid range to higher end. I finally ended my 35mm shooting with a top of the line Minolta 9xi. Then it was on to Digital Point and shoot cameras to higher end point and shoots as they got better and that leads to my current camera, a Nikon D3300. I am very pleased with this camera and as you should see it takes very nice photos. As for me personally I am 18 with 30 years of experience on top of that ;-) I have changed jobs and professions several times, but I have always love taking...
