Windmill End in the West Midlands, UK. A former industrial site that has been converted to public parkland. The bridges were designed so that the horse towing a barge did not have to be unhitched when crossing the bridges. The fingerpost has obviously been placed recently, since it would have caught on the tow rope in earlier days.
