Palo Duro Canyon, Texas.....The old winter home of the Comanche Indians. The last battle of the 1870's Indian wars was fought here. Not much is left of their presence. The canyon is gorgeous and so peaceful, a great place to hike and camp.
I have recently gotten into bird photography and really love taking their pictures. I also have a passion for clouds and the Texas landscape when the storms come rolling in. Lightning is a favorite subject during storms. I love macro photography and all the hidden detail in these amazing closeups. My arsenal consists of all Nikon cameras, flash units and Nikkor lenses.
