My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

Artist's Description
"The Leaving"
A dark haired woman stands atop a cliff looking out to sea. The ocean breeze blows through her hair and makes her brown dress sway in the wind. The rough waves crash relentlessly roll into the shore below. Off in the distance, a ship sails away towards the horizon.
I created this image for my video: "The Leaving, a Digital Art Lesson by Daniel Eskridge". If you'd like to see the video, you can check it out on Youtube: http://youtu.be/v2R5HPoQPGM
I made this using digital CGI and painting techniques. The woman was posed in Poser then exported to Vue for rendering. The ship was also exported from Poser. The coastal scene was made in Vue. I used GIMP and Photomatix to do the post production work.
