Home of the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field celebrated its 100th birthday in 2014. Fans flock to the 'The Friendly Confines' each season as the Cubs' faithful hope this will be the year of the Cubs. Well, 2016 proved to be THE year as the Cubs won their first World Series championship since 1908! Growing up in the Chicago area summers always included the annual pilgrimage to Wrigley Field. Going to Wrigley for a major league game was a magical experience. The sights and sounds still present in my memories.
