Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Artist's Description
This abstract photograph of a yellow tulip was taken while visiting a tulip farm north of Seattle, Washington this past spring. I enjoy taking macro shots of objects demonstrating the detail that a person might not see.
Tulips are spring-blooming perennials that grow from bulbs. Depending on the species, tulip plants are between 4 inches (10 cm) and 28 inches (71 cm) high. The tulip's large flowers usually bloom on stems with leaves in a rosette at ground level and a single flowering stalk arising from amongst the leaves. Tulip stems have few leaves. Larger species tend to have multiple leaves. Plants typically have two to six leaves, some species up to 12. The tulip's leaf is strap-shaped, with a waxy coating, and the leaves are alternately arranged on the stem; these fleshy blades are often bluish green in color. Most tulips produce only one flower per stem, but a few species bear multiple flowers on their scapes (e.g. Tulipa turkestanica). The generally cup or star-shaped tulip...
About Bruce Bley
Hello my name is Bruce Bley. I am a retired art instructor. I taught in a public high school for 35 years. I enjoyed teaching students and helping them develop their own style of work. Now during my retirement I am pursuing my own passion for creating artwork. I enjoy working from nature. As an artist I want to capture the beauty of what nature has to offer. Too often in our society people don't take the time to stop and see what nature has to offer. It can be as simple as the color of a flower, the veins of a petal, and the beauty of it's stamen and pistils. I have created works of fish, flowers, animals, and nature in general to give a person the opportunity to see nature close-up. I am an avid photographer and many of my...
