This painting is a mash-up of my two favorite things, Star Wars and hockey. Who would make a better goaltender than Yoda?

I am a Tampa native and have always lived in the Bay area. In 2001, I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Ringling College of Art and Design. I started painting in 2006 with the encouragement and guidance of a few close artistic friends. Most of my work is done in acrylic and has been displayed in several art shows in Tampa. I have always been a sports fan and have made sports the main focal point of my art. I am skilled in various media including graphite, marker, colored pencil, and acrylic. Outside of sports-themed art and caricatures, I create other works that range from the abstract to realistic portraits.
