It's the perfect romantic evening, atop a classic red car overlooking New York's city lights. Such a panorama, in such a setting, is one reserved for the special person in our life, the person to whom we look and say, “You are the one, you are the only one for me, for all time.” Hopeless romance? Perhaps, in a movie, it is so, but in movies – at least the chick flicks – the story ends with that statement, and we are left to presume, with the fairy tales, that the couple lived happily ever after. I am a fine art painter who creates representational images celebrating light, life, and color.
