I'd never heard of squash blossoms until I assisted a fellow photographer shooting a cookbook for Giada De Laurentiis a few years back and then fell in love with them. Stuffed with cheese they are awesome! Wonderful image. Wish I had a farmer's market nearby that sold them - lucky you! v/f
