3 A DAY INDUSTRIAL PHOTOGRAPHY is a curated group dedicated to showcasing industrial scenes from across the world. The purpose is to highlight such scenes in hopes of connecting with prospective buyers. As group administrator, I have tried to be specific with what I am looking for. Pleas take a moment to go over the guidelines of the group.
-- Photography only. Post processing is encouraged. Conversion to B&W is acceptable. Anything that makes it less than a photograph is not.
-- Landscapes of industrial settings or close-up are both accepted.
-- I am looking for industrial scenes that shows the nation or world at work making things. Steel mills, grain mills, or manufactures of cars, planes and trains are encouraged. Close-ups of people working are encouraged. Close-ups of car logos are not
-- With that said, abandoned scenes of industrial areas are welcome, too.
– Tools of the trade are encouraged, those things that help people make things.
– Signage is welcome if the signs are industrial, for example, a sign encouraging safe work practices.
-- Trains and trucks are, of course, encouraged, but let's place them in industrial settings. No tree-lined fences around trains and no big rigs doing 80 down the interstate. In other words, put them in industrial settings. The current group logo is an example of the type of train shot that is acceptable.
