Mountains or Canyons or Rock Formations

This is a group specifically devoted to mountains, canyons, and / or large, natural rock formations similar to mountains but not technically mountains (i.e. not stones or rocks piled upon each other for a still life, not rocks in a pond or river, and typically not waterfalls as they are a subject unto themselves) photographed, painted, or otherwise portrayed. I love looking at mountains and canyons and look forward to enjoying different visual representations that you have to offer. Please submit artwork that depicts a view of a mountain / mountain range, large rock formation, or a canyon, rather than artwork that is taken in a canyon or mountain and focuses more on objects found within the canyon or mountain (e.g. flowers, lakes, animals, people, etc.). Mountains or canyons portrayed in the background are allowed, but please don\'t submit artwork that barely shows the mountain or canyon. Also, please only submit one piece of artwork per week. There are a lot of group submissions in a given week and many are from the same artists. Far too many for one person to manage. So please limit yourself.
