About this Group
Welcome to Portraits in Watercolor. This groups features portraits of people that have been created in watercolor. Please do not enter portraits of famous or infamous people, living or deceased; this includes historical figures. We do not accept animal portraits. If a pet is in a person's portrait, that's okay.
NO MORE ANIMALS UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PERSON!
Please read and comply with the following:
For the purposes of this group, a 'portrait' is a painting of a real person painted from life or a photograph. This is not a group where you should post wildlife, action paintings, landscapes, cartoons or fantasy paintings.
Please do not submit photos or work done in any medium other than watercolor. Black and white images will not be accepted. Do not add images with borders.
Please submit no more than TWO images per day (24 hours).
Members are encouraged to comment on portraits added to the group gallery and to use the Discussion tab to discuss anything to do with watercolor painting. Do NOT thank me for featuring your entry. Images featured on the homepage are chosen based on merit - not personality or manners!
