Origins Of Affordable Housing Scams Pt. 5 By Josh Klein

Origins Of Affordable Housing Scams Pt. 5 By Josh Klein

In 1984, the Federal government created a fabricated homeless crisis by destabilizing the order of mental hospitals. The puppeteers released thousands of mentally ill patients onto the streets to intentionally create a higher urgency for unlimited appropriations for affordable housing scams and welfare programs. As chaos ensued the following years in urban areas, President Ronald Reagan signed the Mckinney Act of 1987. The bill promoted the idea of helping the poor but the shadow vamped up the budget for the Federal government to continue the vision for elitist socialism. The Act created more housing and social services for the HUD. As time continued, people began to opt out of Section 8 programs and the totalitarians stocks began to decline. In order to preserve the trusts the IRS created the low income housing tax credit for wealthy families and developers to jump on the tyrannical band wagon. Eventually, the National Housing Trust Fund was signed in 2008, which created an unlimited...

Tatjana Krilova Is A Featured Artist In The New York-based Literature Magazine Fatal Flaw In Issue Paradox.

Fatal Flaw (issue PARADOX) :

Our featured artists impressed us with their paradoxical visions: the exploration of life through death and decay, the fickle nature of our own identities, the reckoning with our perception of the world and our place in it, and so much more. We hope you find these stories, poems, essays, paintings, and photographs as open-ended and unexpected as we do.

Pat Cross Art Sold During The Life Art-Quatic Exhibit

Pat Cross Art Sold During The Life Art-Quatic Exhibit

Pat Cross Art Sold during the Life Art-Quatic Exhibit

At the David L. Dickirson Fine Art Gallery in Tamarack Marketplace

The jurors selected three oil paintings by Pat Cross into this show, each from her series on natural waterways. During the Opening Art Exhibition, her custom framed oil painting titled View Downstream reached a new collector who felt attracted to the colors and sense of movement in the piece, tells Gretchen Carr, Tamarack’s Gallery Manager.

One challenge that a painter faces is that of enlivening a scene that would otherwise involve the fuller experience of all the senses, such as the senses of sound, touch, taste and smell. “I typically punch the color and strategically exaggerate certain shapes to compensate for the senses not possible in a 2D picture,” says Pat Cross. In this way, the viewer gets the sense of what it is like to stand, for example, along the rippling waters on a crisp autumn day.

Mural artist will recreate old Tremont House hotel on W. Pearl Street wall

By DON HIMSEL

Staff Writer

For Barbara Andrews, her trip through the past begins high on scaffolding over a Nashua sidewalk.

Andrews, a mural artist, is working on another downtown installation and will soon tackle the depiction of the old Tremont House hotel on a West Pearl Street wall, near where it once stood off Main Street.

Her current project is on a brick wall on the Water Street ramp. She works up close to the brick with a set of paints and brushes at her feet. She climb down and step back to check her work, or maybe rely on her husband to provide feedback. It'squiet except for occasional passing...

Origins Of Affordable Housing Scams Part 4 By Josh Klein

The time frame is the 1950's to the 1970's when bureaucrats continued to mix it up with the fed and developers to continue sodomizing the under-privileged classes. The Federal Highway Act of 1956 was a law passed to displace less fortunate families by the thousands to normalize commuting as a requirement to make a decent living. Forty thousand miles of interstate structures were built around major metropolitan areas to create more suburbs. Next, the gifted curse of the Department of Housing and Urban Development opened the door for more unethical practices through Section 8 programs. HUD helped “NIMBYS” line their own pockets while openly segregating classes of people. The con artist Mr. Johnson used his propaganda campaign of the "War on Poverty” as an idea to weaken regulations for developers, institutions, and bankers. With his final touch of manipulative artistry, Lyndon inked the Civil Rights Act of 1968, commonly known as the Fair Housing Act after the death of Martin...
