I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

The operation is a hysterectomy (surgical removal of the uterus) on a woman with endometrial cancer. This form of cancer arises from the endometrium, the lining of the uterus. Photographed at a cancer hospital.
