A unique surface upon which to paint, this has cloth wrapped around a canvas frame. The cloth is stapled where one cannot see on the back of the painting.
The interesting folds were created by overlapping the cloth prior to stapling on the back.
When I see this I think of a forest, or perhaps YOU have other impressions.In another way, it reminds me of curtains on a stage.
