Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I love this print! Her dress is so pretty and victorian and I can daydream that this is me in another lifetime , contemplating life while visiting the sea

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

About Ernie Scott- Dust Rising Studios
''The art created in my studio, my bedroom, fits my likes. I am often told that I have a unique perspective to draw upon to create great works; art, music or said better with more attitude; ''MAS MUSICA!" and the written. Prose, perplex'ion and piety not withstanding.. or not, I have endeavored to hone these paintbrush scarred hands, (heh heh), and have beaten my sword into said plow shear, with stood the brash harsh winters of critiques, welcomed them as brothers among the them of us who choose to call our stolen techniques of application, or applicable techniques or appli'niques.....and created what we deem to be original, even as we know there is nothing new under the sun, we turn often to one another to say what is what...

Ernie, this is such a thought provoking piece! A friend on a "Rez" in northern Ontario once said to me, "Life on the reservation, is like living in a glass box. Everyone looking in and us unable to escape!" I hadn't even thought about that conversation of 35 yrs ago until I saw this piece. I've lost track of her for about 15 yrs, I really have this urge to talk to her again. Thanks Ernie, for the memories and the works.

hi, Charles. thank so much for your words! I have a whole story/document that goes along with this one. In part it reads; ''....... I feel the smoothness of this wall, I imagine words vibrating thru, warbling in from the great beyond. What do they say?, do they see me stuck in here?.... how come it is soooo smooth?...''
Charles Peck
this piece is so evocative of suppressed striving and all the artistic composition games are used brilliantly to maximize this emotive projection. A powerful piece that has just the lightest touch of humor in my mind from the association of the hands position with those of a mime actor feeling their way along a non-existant glass wall.
