The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Gemini North telescope dome on the summit of Mauna Kea, Hawaii, USA. This 8-metre optical/infrared telescope was completed in 1999. Here the side vents are opening to regulate the telescope's temperature and ensure a smooth flow of air above the primary mirror. Gemini North's twin telescope, Gemini South is located in Cerro Pachon, Chile. Together, the two telescopes give coverage of virtually the entire night sky. The Canada-France-Hawaii telescope (CFHT) is seen in the background.
