I highly recommend Funpix. It can use a 6000X6000 px canvas, significantly larger than DAP. I've tried others but always come back. I used DAP and RealDraw Pro for most of my early stuff and have begun experimenting with Smart Photo Editor. It's pretty cool. I'm neither patient nor sophisticated enough for the photoshops of the world.

Hi again, Carol. It seems like you and I use similar, if not the same, software on some of our pieces. This is a lot like some of my stuff that I make with the caricature programs Magix Funpix Maker and Dynamic Auto-Painter. I find their operations very interesting. I think most photo alteration programs include similar applications. What are you using?

Carol Sullivan replied:

I actually have 9 software programs that I use for different projects, but I don't have Magix Funpix. I do use DAP for some things, but also ArtRage and Corel Lite.

Lovely hypnotic abstract art !

Carol Sullivan replied:

Thank you, Andre...I try not to over-analyze my work, but I think this one is called The Conversation because I "see" two people talking face-to-face amongst the swirls...I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet...forgive me, I ramble. Thank you for the comment :-)

Thanks, Adam -- this series is turning out to be a lot of joy to make :-)
