The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

At the time, no one knew I'd rather draw cars and castles, but the Godzilla drawings were so popular and made my friends so happy, I couldn't resist. When I was ten years old, my parents (AKA Santa Claus) gave me a microscope for Christmas. The entire process of using the microscope fascinated me; the lens that had two settings, the little rectangular glass slides, even the gray metal box it came in! I saw these from a distance at the top of the trees in Oahu and just had to see them up close. They are incredible and I am doing some watercolors of them now.

I saw this flower in Puerto Rico. It's actually alien to the area and is considered invasive. But I love it anyway. Discussion area? Okay, I'll check it out soon. I thought I had looked at it before but no one was saying much of anything...or else I have it confused with another website. At any rate, yes...I will drop in on the discussion area tomorrow.
