Artist's Description

The work in pencil, entitled September 11, is a work completed in September of 2001 representing the 911 tragedies through hidden symbolism and select details. This highly detailed piece is of a child of a fallen firefighter, the empty lawn chair, Dalmatian toy and the 911 negative spaces in the chair are just some of the symbolism, which enhance the complexities, and simplification of the message of this work of art all at the same time.
