Tanni Koens was born in Goes , Holland where she attended different schools, but she took her art lessons in Amsterdam from Teunn Nijkamp an famous dutch artist. After her career in health care Tanni Studied Philosophy an inspiring study for her paintings and drawings. She now lives and works in Belgium (Antwerp) and the Southern part of France. Her paintings are always inspired by observing people. She tries to look behind the appearance of perceptible behaviour. She paints what people may think, suspect, and feel, but what remains invisible. How can one know what people actually think, or when and how they battle within their sub personalities, or their different identities? How can people solve their inner dilemmas?...
