The next generation Deep Space Vehicle's (DSV) crew capsule, aka Command Module, will be similar to the Apollo Command Module in shape, however, it will be somewhat larger, with enough room, depending upon the mission, for as many as 6 astronauts versus Apollo's three. The DSV would also supplement its electrical power with two arrays of solar voltaics which would aid in extending its mission endurance beyond Apollo's 14 day limit.
