Thank you very much, Mathilde for your kind comment and interest. This bird is actually a Cockatoo, which is much larger than a Cockatiel, but of the same family I believe. Both the Cockatoo and Cockatiel have great personalities and can be trained.

I just love this picture, Kaye! I have heard that Cockatiels are some of the sweetest natured of the parrot family. It seems like I am getting that sense from this picture... not sure how, but it has personality!!! I have a little budgie.
