Taken at the reenactment of the Battle of Franklin, TN on the fields near Spring Hill TN where the original battle occurred in the 1860s. Original image was shot with a Nikon 90S film camera.

I've fiddled with a camera since the early 1970s and began taking rural event and domestic animal pictures in the 1980s. When I was a professional rodeo photographer, one of the rodeo producers asked if I could design/write/produce a program for the upcoming season. He knew I wrote articles for the rodeo magazine and had published books. I said sure, although I had never done anything like that before. = I completed the project, learned a lot in the process, and became enamored of graphic and computer arts.
