Battle of Pilot Knob. Watercolor with digital font as poster design, commemorating 150th anniversary of local battle, about 10,000 confederates up from Arkansas, assaulting the federal earthen fort of about 1500, just out of view here to the right -- with Pilot Knob Mountain and modern museum in background, in this small, rural town of Pilot Knob, Missouri. The cannon here are to dress the site only, not actual artillery of the battle. From the original watercolor painting posted elsewhere here.
