Love the painting and the rich colorful blues, reds, greens, & yellows! A nice addition to our cowboy/southwest decor vibe.

Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

About Ken Gimmi
I am a photographer and digital artist. I started out with a Brownie Hawkeye camera as a little kid. Thankfully most of those pictures have been lost. But over the years I have tried to capture the images that struck my eye. In college and graduate school I worked with film especially black and white because it was easy to process and develop and less expensive. I also like to shoot color slide film. Laurie, your work is always expressive and vivid. I love your Polly Want a Cracker. Your work has chromatic vivdness that makes it great. I am inspired and motivated by you.

Thanks Diane. This picture was a bit serinditious because I was driving a very familiar road and it was starting to rain. I pulled in where I could and took the picture. When I got back home I enhanced the photo to bring out the message that I envisioned in my mind.
