The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Blues – This painting was created with three colors: Ultramarine Blue, Paynes Gray, and Windsor Green. My intent was to combine the background and the horse as though the horse were one with the world. The organic nature of the painting is meant to draw the viewer into the peaceful, graceful, dramatic, energetic free flow of his movement. Life is more than just how we visually see it, but more of how we perceive it; to express power and energy through joy, we can experience the free-flow, like this horse that is obviously enjoying his day in a show of play.

Barbara Widmann’s creative pathway has been determined with the influence of horses over the last few years. Although she grew up around horses, Barbara reveals horses with an intuitive nature to show their unique spiritual quality. Barbara’s style reflects light, detail and imagery as she explores with her art through watercolor paint, pen and ink, and graphite pencil. Barbara began drawing as soon as she could hold a crayon, was enriched by art classes in school and recognized with awards. Early in her art career, her primary artistic focus was with architectural rendering and graphic design.
