I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

William Frederick "Buffalo Bill" Cody (February 26, 1846 - January 10, 1917) was an American soldier, bison hunter and showman. He was born in the Iowa Territory (now the American state of Iowa), near LeClaire. He was one of the most colorful figures of the American Old West, and mostly famous for the shows he organized with cowboy themes. Buffalo Bill received the Medal of Honor in 1872.

ARTIST STATEMENT: My goal as a portrait artist has been to show something deeper than just a human or animal likeness but to reveal life, living, and breathing even thinking. To capture life so vivid that you expect the head to turn, eyes to blink or the hand to gesture. History: Art has been my life for as far back as I can remember. I have no formal art education. Immediately after high school (1972) I was offered a job as illustrator and designer with a small studio (ART Enterprise), which I was overjoyed to land.
