NOTE: FINE ART AMERICA WATERMARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON PURCHASED IMAGE. St. John's Church, Harper's Ferry, West Virginia. Don't let the scanty information available online fool you. As a child, my family and I visited Harpers Ferry often. This wonderful old ruin in particular fascinated me, and I can remember playing there among the fallen, autumn leaves ... listening intently for the voices of those long gone. The Civil War had a profound and disastrous effect on Harpers Ferry, leaving a path of destruction that wrecked the town's economy and forced many residents to depart forever. About Lois Bryan

Lois Bryan

“Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.” ~ Roald Dahl ~ Welcome to Lois Bryan Photography and Digital Art. I'm a photographer / photography-based digital artist living in the mid-Atlantic area of the US. My images are based on the photos I capture, mostly with Nikon cameras and lenses. Although my goal will always be to catch that perfect shot straight out of the camera, I also love exploring the artistic and creative process as I work with Photoshop and other image editing programs. Still experimenting, still loving every minute behind the camera and still believing in the magic.  Be sure to follow my latest photographic and artistic doings and musings on my blog. Loads of juicy insider personal information ... well...
