Lake Maligne is the jewel of Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada. Surrounded by ranges of the Rocky Mountains, the turquoise color of the water is caused by tiny particles carried into the lake by glacier melt. We were lucky to have rapidly changing weather patterns which offered a wide array of skyscapes and cloud formations.

Hi, my name is Janet but I go by Jann, and I am originally from Ontario, Canada and have lived on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, since 1985. I was initially trained as a Commercial Artist and Illustrator and eventually explored many other methods of art/style as well as other mediums.
