Cargo shipping on the Mississippi River. Cargo vessel on the Mississippi River below New Orleans. This is the Italian bulk carrier M/V (motor vessel) Cyrenaica G, operated by the Gestioni Armatoriali (GA) company. It was built in 2012 and has a capacity of 74,000 cubic metres. Bulk carriers transport unpackaged cargoes such as grains and mineral ores. Photographed in 2012, at Pointe a la Hache, Louisiana, USA.
