Artist's Description

Christ Blue, Asbjorn Lonvig. Inspired by the large Jelling stone (in the city Jelling in Denmark) set up by the king Harold Bluetooth (d. 987). The stone is decorated with an image of Christ, and the runic inscription announces that it was Harold who united Denmark into one realm and made the Danes Christians.
