Owning a farm can be hard, and if you have a large open field like this, and just let the grass grow, and don't own sheep or some other natural lawnmower, it's easy to just overlook fence damage like this. But out in the country maintenance is something other people do, and what is, is, let it be, leave it alone. Ironically this fence is normally electrified, you would think that a large opening is just an invite to break in, unless it's intentional, and just some old fashioned country humor.
