People are dancing around the yin yang symbol inside the inner circle. Yin yang symbolises the perfect balance between the masculine and feminine energies, between the darkness and the light, between the active an the reflective principles. Within the inner circle the dancers are surrounded by a vibrant pink, the colour of the heart chakra, the energetic centre of pure, unconditional love.
The inner circle is embraced by circles of light. Colours are after all expressions of refracted pure white light. Each colour emits a particular vibration. The shades of orange express warmth and energetic activity. The blues ad greens are cooling, restful colours while the lavender and purple calm an agitated or overactive mind.
While dancing around the symbol of perfect balance the dancers are surrounded by colours which create perfect balance of body and mind.
When energies are perfectly balanced a person becomes an expression of pure, unconditional love.

I have no training as an artist at all but have always loved playing with colour. I have academic qualifications in psychology, natural therapies and education. I worked professionally as a holistic psychologist and teacher until 2002 when I took early retirement and set up house in South India right next door to my spiritual teacher's ashram. Since making this radical move I have written a couple of books and numerous articles. These days I write a blog about inner and outer journeys.
