Artist's Description
Eads Bridge, St. Louis, Missouri - First bridge to cross the Mississippi. When it was built, the bottom level was for horse and carriage and the top level for foot traffic. It is still in use today (although not with horse & carriage of course). A fabulous bridge by all accounts.

Thanks very much. Very nice of you to say. I loved that bridge. It was so complex and used in so many different ways. Take care...and good fortunes!
