Description

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

1st Place - "13th position in my portfolio" contest. 4-17-14 Arising like a phoenix in the distance, Eureka Dunes loom larger and larger with each mile. Try climbing them. Bring water. Coordinates: 37.096 N 117.675 W Location of the Eureka Valley Sand Dunes within California The Eureka Valley Sand Dunes are located in the southern part of Eureka Valley, in northern Inyo County in eastern California, in the southwestern United States. Although covering an area of only 3 square miles, the dunes rise approximately 680 feet (207 m) above the surrounding valley floor, making them one of the highest dune fields in North America. Accessed via a gravel road in Eureka Valley (which connects to a road running from Big Pine to the Grapevine section of Death Valley), the dunes became part of the Death Valley National Park as part of its expansion in 1994. Foot travel in the dunes is permitted, but vehicle access is prohibited. A primitive campground is located at the north end of the dune f...

As a kid I was fascinated with photographs. Look, Life magazine. National Geographic. That well-captured interplay of light and shadow...the notion of people, places and moments - all suspended in time. My first "real" camera was a Minolta Srt101. I was seduced. I learned how to develop film, and I still recall the smell of the developer...my eyes adjusting to the red filter light...and the magic and delight of watching images begin to emerge. Life, family and a career intervened, and then...there was digital. Liberation! At this point in my life, photography is the creative medium that allows me to share personal moments and adventures. In some sense, I feel it conveys who I am, and soothes the darker moments ......
