Artist's Description
Eye test during humanitarian exercise. US Air Force optometry technician pointing to an E Chart being used to check a child's eyesight, during Operation Pacific Angel (PACANGEL). Operation PACANGEL is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance exercise held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, engineering programs and a variety of subject-matter expert exchanges. Photographed in Don Hoi, Vietnam, on 10th June 2013.
