Cool. Nice...love the windshield

Very pretty piece! L/F

This is cool. Love this

Being a motorcycle roadracer myself, I was caught-up in realizing the moment captured in this piece. Racing at high speeds and virtually at your limit mentally and physically capacity for 40-minutes is all consuming . I had to take a deep breath after studying this piece, Very beautiful and great work.

Love the detail

Ian Hemingway replied:

Thank you so much Tanya, that means more than you'll ever know! That is so amazing, and bike racing most certainly is, I'd love to see Road Atlanta one of these days. Jealous! Thank you again, love that you think so!

Wow thats so realistic and well painted. Keep it up!

Very unique, you are very careful with details, the equilibrium of colors, shadows. Great work all of yours, in oils?! amazing.

Like the detail. I thought it was colored pencil at first.

About Ian Hemingway

Ian Hemingway

Thank you for stopping in, I Hope you enjoy my work. Born in Saskatchewan, Canada, Ian now lives and works in Upstate New York. Figures are static, contemplative in posture and clad in both literal and figurative armours; it remains securely anonymous, revealed only in body language. This armour, externalized identity, is represented in clear focus; while the ground in many of his works, however, is...
