I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

This is my first PAD painting of a young buck who stood right near our porch one day. Since I give myself a time limit on these paintings, it's not very finished, but there are things about this that I enjoy a lot. One weak spot is the tree trunk right above the buck; but I like the light in the space to the left, and I love the buck's listening attitude.
