Photographed this incrediable oceanic scene as we were heading out of Manhasset Bay located in Manhassett, New York on the north shore of Long Island for some striper and bluefishing in the Long Island Sound at sunrise. Due to high water tempertures and low air temperture this remarkable, golden foggy fishing scene was created making leaving Manhassett Bay and getting to the Long Island Sound a little difficult with this fog crossing Manhassett Bay and blinding our bow. Eventually as the sun began to break the horizon the fog began to go decrease and we made it out to the Long Island Sound for some good fishing. Manhasset Bay, New York, is an embayment in western Long Island off Long Island Sound.
