Fantastic shot, perhaps it was owned by some gangsters....like Baby Face Nelson or John Dillenger and that's how it got the bullet holes. How wonderfully interesting. Love it. v/f

Mary, this is really a great capture!

NO!!! They can't shoot at this old beauty! That's just wrong! boo hoo.... Great find and capture Mary! FV.. And yes, I learned the name of my photo of the 1947 COA.. just like yours! They sure are funny looking trucks.. Thanks for posting that image.. I read and learned all about COA... anyways... such an emotive image.. for an old rusty truck... FV

Troy, someone has used this old hulk for target practice. I have a close up posted. If you do the scan to see close up sections, you can see bullet holes. I'll be seeing this in October when I get to my brother's.

I love finding forgotten pieces of our past like this. I always wonder about old cars like this - who owned it, how it ended up in such a condition, etc.

Wow, Bill, thank you three times. I just love this scene. Am going to be in the area in October and will see in what condition the hulk exists now.

Cool!!

Cool!!
