Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Over the dark forbidding cliffs are dark dramatic storm clouds dumping a lot of rain into the distant ocean. A sunlit sky opens up the scene on the right side of the painting. The mountain tops can be barely seen in the distance. A haze over the sea is blocking the view of the lower part of the mountains. In the near distance the ocean churns violently due to the approaching storm. Although the storm is dark and fierce on the left of the painting the brilliant blue sky and warm clouds on the right along with the warm colored sea seem to indicate that the storm will pass quickly. I have been an oil painter my entire life. Many of the paintings that I do are sentimental rural settings. I also like to paint landmarks and paintings that tell a story like "Surprise Visit". My paintings have won first place in a lot of competitions and many times have been sold that way. To me there is no more satisfying experience than to complete a painting and be happy with the outcome. The next best thing is to have someone buy it! I hope you enjoy looking at my paintings and I welcome your comments. I will personalize a print once you have kept it for the duration of the 30 days. You must pay the shipping to and from me. Our return policy is very simple: If you're not happy for any reason, you can return it to us within 30...
