Ginger bread and ginger snaps all wrapped up in these spice cookies. Making them every year for Christmas is a tradition in my house. They are so good that I made up this greeting card for someone special. Personally I like these cookies with a glass of Makers Mark Bourbon, but a cold glass of milk works also.
