A horse of my dreams - as a child I had an imaginary horse who was jet black with a silver mane, tail, blaze & white stockings.
Having a passion for the Gypsy horses I have painted this one as my dream horse.
According to Lady Wentworth's book on horses there once was a breed of horse in Eastern Tartary called the Karobolo - jet black with white mane, tail & legs. I'm fascinated with the colour combination of a horse such as this & am on a quest to find out more about them.
