Harvesting Anna's Grapes, is of my husband's Aunt Anna's property in Chieti Italy, and the day they were picking her grapes for wine production. It was the first week of October.

I am an artist and watercolor instructor. I love all things to do with art. In the third grade, my teacher admired a crayon drawing I made of a swan and lily pads. Her positive comments made me want to create art from then on. I now teach watercolor and drawing. I love to share what I've learned and draw out of others that fascination with art that we all had as children. A quote from Pablo Picasso sits over my desk in my studio: "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." Many of my students can remember teachers or other students who made critical comments about their artwork.
